The information we collect from parents/guardians is used to populate the

registers used during the Magical Maths Clubs & Magical Camps. Paper copies

of these registers are destroyed once the club or camp has finished.

Email address is used to send booking confirmations, emails about the content

that is covered during sessions. From time to time you may receive emails

from us with useful information about engaging ways to teach your children.

We will keep you informed about other services which may be of interest to

Terms and conditions for 'future pay' or 'recurring payment' sessions

Some of our sessions take place on a 'recurring' basis. This means we will be in your school on an ongoing basis, and you will pay continuous until you choose to stop sending your child to those sessions. The payments will be taken either weekly, monthy or yearly. Whichever payment term is being used will be clearly written before you book your club. The length of the payment term will usually be indefinite until either the school or ourselves choose to stop the sessions. This will be clearly written when you book your sesisons.
