About Me

Magical Maths Essex is run by Dawn Woo, an ex teacher who loves to see children getting excited about learning.

"I was born in Essex and have lived in the area all my life. My background in teaching has given me a passion for building the confidence of learners and helping children to see that learning can be fun. Whether children already love maths, or whether it is a subject they lack confidence in; there is a place for them at Magical Maths Club. I relish the opportunity to contribute to the education of children in the Essex area, through the delivery of totally unique clubs that are so fun the children do not even realise they are learning.

This is maths, but not as you know it...be prepared to have some serious fun!"
